ATA Tournament (class “c”), held May 30th, 2009 at the Performance Martial Arts Academy of Valdosta, GA – Tournament Sponsor 5th Degree Mitchell Church.
Competitions were held in traditional (Songahm) Forms, Weapons, Sparring, and XMA freestyle and weapons. All competitors are from the (3) Performance Martial Arts Academies located in Valdosta, Hahira, and Moody AFB.
The Performance Martial Arts Academy is a proud member of the American Taekwondo Association (ATA)
