Black Belt Boot Camp

This Saturday June 6th, 2009 we will hold our next Black Belt Boot Camp at 7:00am on the Valdosta Middle School track field.? All Black Belt attendees must be at the location on time NO EXCEPTIONS.? If you are late you will not be allowed to participate jepordizing your next black belt testing (12th, 2009).? Among the general fitness and form training you will have a timed 1 mile run.?
