Video from today’s 2009 World Championship – Top 10 Weapons – Ladies 50 to 59. Third Degree Black Belt J. Powell of the Performance Martial Arts Academy, Valdosta, Georgia.
Mrs. Powell did a great job today with her Jahng Bong or Staff, while she did not place in the top 3 this year, her determination and dedication shows why she has been the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) Weapons World Champion in the past. When asked about today’s turn out, she reminded all that “competing the the Top 10 at Worlds is a Honor in itself”`
