Mr Sibley competed in the Mens 40-49, Traditional Weapons, Color belts (Camo), at the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) Texas Twister, held August 1st, 2009, at the South Fork Ranch in Texas.
Mr. Sibley Placed 1st in his Traditional Weapons Division, using double Ssahng Jeol Bong in an attack freestyle. He also placed 2nd in his Creative Weapons Divisions (no video available).
