Ms. Cox was certfied in Warrior XFit at the Fall tournament in Orlando. In honor of her new accomplishment we are offering Warrior XFit class FREE to all parents for the month of November. Warrior XFit classes are every Saturday at 8:30 AM.
This Saturday June 6th, 2009 we will hold our next Black Belt Boot Camp at 7:00am on the Valdosta Middle School track field.? All Black Belt attendees must be at the location on time NO EXCEPTIONS.? This Thursday, May 7th, will be color belt Testing for all Color belt students (leadership inculded). Testing times are as follows: Tiny Tigers – 5:15 Basics?????????? – 5:45 Leadership (4-8 years old) ? – 6:15 Leadership (9-12 years old) – 6:45 Adults – 7:30
