If you have not seen our new mats please stop by and tell us what you think. Thank you all for your support.  Please help us keep our new mats clean and tidy!

Thank you to everyone who came and participated in ATA appreciation day.  We hope that all of those who could not make it will be able to make it to the next one!

Black Belt testing will be help Thursday, February 16th at 7:00 P.M.  Please come out and support the Black Belt students in their quest to become better and help us encourage our Black Belt Recommended students to do well on their testing.

At the Valdosta Super Regional tournament we had a special guest at the event, Alvin Peyton.  Mr. Peyton, Mayor Pro-Temp, on behalf of Mayor John Gayle and the city of Valdosta honored Mr. Church and ATA with a Proclamation.  The proclamation proclaimed January 14, 2012 as ATA Health and Fitness Day.  This day will forever be remembered as a day of not only health and fitness, but confidence, discipline, personal excellence, and leadership.

 

We would like to thank Mr. Peyton, Mr. Gayle, and the city of Valdosta for bestowing us with this great honor.

We have had many questions in regards to having an after school program.  After much thought and consideration we will be having our own after school program soon! This program will be offered Monday -Friday.

We are very excited to be able top offer this program and will release more information soon.

Our MMA program has joined with another MMA gym in Valdosta (VMAC).  With the new merger our Norman Drive location is not big enough.  In order to accomodate all of our members we will be moving to 603 N. Saint Augustine Road.  There will be kids only classes as well as adult classes. 

Kids classes will be from 5:15-6 (Monday-Thursday)

Adult classes are from 6-7 (Monday-Thursday)

Fight team classes are from 7-9 (Monday-Thursday)
