American Taekwondo Association Classes Now Available at Halls Fitness of Lake Park, GA

Mitchell Church, owner and Instructor of Performance Martial Arts Academy, has annouced he will be offering ATA Classes at Hall’s Fitness Center of Lake Park, GA.? The Grand Opening is August 22nd, 2009.? Stop by and enjoy free food, Martial Arts Demos by World and State Champions, and more.? Classes will be currently be held on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Mr Smith and Mr Giddens - July 4th Valdosta Fair - ATA Leadership

Mr Smith (Hahira Instructor) and Mr. Giddens (World Champion and Valdosta Instructor Trainee), appeared at the July 4th Valdosta Fair, on behalf of the Performance Martial Arts Academy’s Leadership Program, giving free instructions and demonstrations to the public.
While its fun to party with the public, breaking boards and hitting pads, the Leadership Program also passed on its goals such as: Courtesy, Respect, Honor Integrity, Loyalty, Perseverance, and a proper Attitude in life. all Part of the American Taekwondo Association’s Life Skills. After the hot Georgia day everyone enjoyed the spectacular fireworks show!

Atlanta Tournament July 18th

If you are enjoying Taekwondo, then take the next step!? Try competing in a tournament, the next one scheduled for Region 108 (Georgia) is in Atlanta on July 18.? It does not matter if you are a Tiny Tiger, Junior, or heading into your 60′s, if you are in Leadership you should try a competition.? You Can Do it!? and yes it is fun,? actually its a complete blast!? Mr. Church and the Performance Martial Arts Academy’s of Valdosta, Hahira and Moody AFB are looking to show up at Atlanta with 30 students competi.? Hngelp make that a reality, by joining us for the fun!
