2009 Songahm Taekwondo World Championships – Junior (4-7) Weapons – Ms Sibley (age 6) is using a Single Ssahng Jeol Bong Freestyle and then again during her 3rd Place tie breaker.? She did a great job and had a lot of fun going it!
2009 Songahm World Championship Tournament – Mr. Matthews took 2nd place in the Mens 40-49 1st Degree Black Belt division. Mr. Matthews did a great job demonstrating his single Ssahng Jeol Bong form.
