Women’s Self Defense Course
We will be hosting a women’s self-defense course for the ladies from Texas Roadhouse on November 10th.
This is a free seminar offered to the employees to help them prepare themselves from any oncoming danger that they may encounter. They will learn techniques to counter many different attacks.
We look forward to this self defense course and hope that everyone will learn something new.
Ninja Night – Coming Soon
We will be having two Ninja Nights coming up in the next few weeks. There will be a Ninja Night held on October 26th at the Hahira Academy. There will be a second Ninja Night held at the Valdosta school on November 2nd.
If you would like to attend these Ninja Nights please sign up at the school where you would like to attend.

Fall Break Camp October 5th and 8th
We will be holding a Fall Break Camp on October 5th and 8th 2012. All ATA students are welcome to attend the camp. The camp will have a drop off at 7:30 a.m. and pick up will be at 5:30. The camp will be held at the Valdosta academy at 1719 Norman Drive.
The camp will be $60 or $30 for each day. Please stop by or call the Valdosta academy at 229-242-1173 to sign up, so that we will know how many students will be in attendance.

Black Belt Boot Camp and Testing
Black Belt boot camp will be held on October 6th starting at 8:00 at the Valdosta Academy. Phase one will last from 8:00 am – 9:30 am. Phase two will be held in Hahira at the Honey-Bee Festival. Black Belts will be required to walk in the parade as a part of their boot camp. We will be lining up in Hahira at 11:30 a.m.
Black Belt testing will be held on October 9th at the Valdosta academy. Testing will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Make sure you register as soon as possible for testing.
