Women’s Self Defense Course
We will be hosting a women’s self-defense course for the ladies from Texas Roadhouse on November 10th.
This is a free seminar offered to the employees to help them prepare themselves from any oncoming danger that they may encounter. They will learn techniques to counter many different attacks.
We look forward to this self defense course and hope that everyone will learn something new.
Women’s Self Defense Class
May 4th, 2012 we will be having a women’s self defense course. This class will be held from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. This event is open to the public. Feel free to invite your friends and family to take part in the course.
Please wear comfortable clothing: knee-length shorts or longer pants; no shoes can be worn on the mats.
