Jahng Bahng Clinic – November 19th
We had a great turn out on Saturday, November 19th. Mr. Webb lead the class and was assisted by Mrs. Powell (our newest 4th degree certified instructor), Mrs. Cox and Mr. Cox.
It was an awesome clinic. Mr. Church is very excited for the new weapon for the next testing cycle. We are getting them ready for the Valdosta Super Regional Tournament on January 14th, 2012.
Color Belt Testing A Success
We had over 120 students test at the last color belt testing on November 17. Every one from Tiny Tigers to Adults did a great job. We will be giving out results from the testing on Thursday, December 1st.
Our Black Belts will be testing Decemer 15th. They will go through a bootcamp on December 3rd to prepare for this test.
Perry Regional Tournament
Performance Martial Arts had over 40 students compete at the Perry Regional Tournament on November, 12.

We will be having a Combat Weapons clinic using the new Combat Bahng Mahng Ee on December 3rd. Mr. Church and Mr. Cox will be instructing on how to use the new weapon. It is a fun and exciting weapon that we can’t wait to use! We have a new shipment of Bahng Mahng Ee. Make sure you get one before the clinic and before they are all gone!
That same day we will have the Black Belt boot camp and the Christmas parade that night.

Black Belt Bootcamp
We will be having our Black Belt Bootcamp on December 3rd.
This bootcamp is a three hour workout which includes :
-Conditioning
-Self-Defense
-Martial Art knowledge
-Weapons Test
In order to complete your black belt testing, you will have to complete both parts of this test :
1. Boot Camp
2. Forms, weapons, sparring and self-defense.
Later that evening we encourage all Black Belts to walk in the Christmas Parade with us at 6 pm.
